Functions

  • It is used as an additive to add an anti-blocking and slip effect to various polyolefin film (BOPP, CPP) by using the low coefficient of friction due to the beads shape and even particle-size distribution.
  • It recreates the stable quality and excellent function compared to an existing inorganic material or other competitor products by using the functional packaging film (BOPP, CPP) used for snacks such as instant noodles, etc.
  • It is coated on various films to give matting and anti reflection effects.
  • In addition, it is added to plastic directly to give texture and matting effects on the surface by creating a unique design and texture.

Anti-blocking for Packaging film(BOPP and CPP)

  • Very spherical polymer bead lower the static and dynamic friction value.
  • Compared with competitor’s PMMA and Silica, we have very narrow particle size distribution and spherical shape that leads very smooth protrusion and lower friction value.

Texture design of plastic surface in extrusion and casting

  • Uniform particle size distribution give even and controlled texture surface of plastic for interior/ exterior of home appliance and car.
